They do not sell individual parts for the differential. Get the whole thing at a junk yard. Oodles of Fords fit this one. The junk yard may install it for you.
Examine for obvious problems - bad connections, water damage, etc. Repair if possible.
If unfixable, get used one from auto parts recycling (junk) yard - make sure you take all the tools with you that you used to take out seat and amp in your car.
Got the same problem with my Nissan Murano 2003. Went to junk yard, got visors for fraction of the price Nissan was going to charge me: $350. Got both visors (driver & passenger) and also asked for both clips, that way it matches. Problem solved.
Sorry there is no quick fix for this problem. If it's the face plate that light's up, there are some electronic shops that can fix it for under the cost of a new after market radio. Just keep in mind there the junk yard has lot's OEM radio's waiting to be bought.
