2000 Ford Windstar Stereo Wiring. Constant 12V+, Green/Purple. Switched 12V+, Yellow/Black. Ground, Black/Light Green. Illumination, Green.
Front Speakers: 6" x 8" Doors
Left Front (+): Orange/Light Green
Rear Speakers: 6" x 8" Side Panels
Right Front (+): White/Light Green
Usually the fuse schematic and what they control is on the inside of the fusebox covers - one is under the left dash and other is under the hood on the same side. If you have an owners manual, you'll find all this in there.

NOTE: You really need to have a diagram in front of you when looking for these specific fuse/relay locations. The Owners Manual is a good resource. Autozone's free online Repair Guide is another source of fusebox information and illustrations.
Go to www.flmowner.com ,type in the year, make and model of your vehicle. Select "find my vehicle". Select "owner guide 1st edition". You will find the fusebox diagrams for your windstar starting on page 205. I hope this helps.
