You need a better scanner to diagnose, not just for codes. It sounds like faulty shift solenoids. A professional grade scan tool computer is bi-directional and can command solenoids to operate and verify that they did.

I don't know what p2a01 is, but the O2 sensors are in the exhaust pipe before and after the catalytic converter.

Probably going to be an ignition switch problem. There is a TSB (technical service bulletin) out for this code. Run it through a dealer.

it is safer to fix the problem extract the code and i will help you get it off the correct way you can go to your local autozone and they will hook up a scaner to your car and give you the code for free

There should be a decal on the bottom side of your hood, or somewhere in the engine compartment. If there isn't just put it on the crankshaft (bottom pulley) and go ribs to ribs, and flats to flats, and work your way around.
