Those belts are usually supposed to be changed every 60,000 miles. Behind the timing belt cover is your water pump. They can make noise when going out, but usually a timing belt makes no noise, just breaks. If you ever have to change the water pump, it is always suggested to change the timing belt as well. VS. If your timing belt gets stretched, it will make a bit of a noise, but your car will start running poorly at the same time. Hope I was helpful

Whenever the water pump is changed, it is also wise to change the timing belt too as it is all in one spot, and VS. You don't have too, but not bad idea, the timing belt drives the water pump, if you just replace timing belt, and not water pump, water pump could go out and mess up the timing belt, now it has to be done all over again, timing belt, water pump and labor.

It is overdue time to change your timing belt and waterpump, as you are on borrowed time on the timing belt. The waterpump and tensioner should be changed along with the timing belt, as they can ruin a new timing belt if they fail. Your serpentine belt should be inspected and replaced if needed too.
Technically, nothing else needs to be changed when replacing a timing belt, however it is recommended or suggested to replace the timing belt tensioner and water pump while doing the belt. These items are only accessable when doing a timing belt. The cost should be under $100.00
All of your fan belts needs to be taken off because the timing belt is located beneath the crankshaft pulley. There is a possibility that you may need to lift the motor off its motor mounts to gain access to the timing belt. Remember, the timing belt can't be seen from the outside.
