Check for blown fuse first. If fuse ok, you will have to check for a power and ground supply directly at the horn itself. Possible causes are... defective horn...blown fuse.... defective horn relay....defective horn pad.... defective clock spring..... broken wiring. There is a lot of electrical diagnostics that need to be performed to make this simple horn operate

Horn blows when it want to, makes a clicking noise i hear inside the car when i go to blow it but it wont blow and where is the horn located ,0n this 1994 buick centry and how can i fix it ,im 70 yrs old...

The problem is most likely not the horn, but the horn relay. Go to your nearest "Auto Zone" or O'Reilly's and they can not only sell you the new horn relay, but very probably show you where the old relay is located.

Horn wont work.i check the fuse in the door and

Maybe horn became unplugged. Put 12 v power to horn make sure horn works. Put test light on terminal on horn have someone press the horn button, if light comes on and horn does not blow you may need new horn. if light does not come on you may have bad contact at horn button, blown fuse, broken wire, bad horn relay or possibly just a bad ground.

Horn wont stop blowing in 1987 mustang

Ford horns are famous for this disconnect the black ground wire from the horn front of vehicle next to radiator. This will stop it for noe you will need to replace the horn all the parts houses have them. Good Luck
