I've had this problem for over a year. This did fix it but slightly different set up in UK models (2005 L200 4Work). Fuse box in driver side footwell has an empty raised fuse block numbered '5' in the manual. Inserting the spare 10amp fuse in this slot bypasses the problem.

Should be one on each wheel hub. Oh and they don't come out easy.

most cars now have abs and are costly to replace go on the web and you can find it cheeper.

the BCM is bad,,,and possibly more but a major part of that issue is a bad body control module

check for bad alternator

try your spare key it sounds like the transponder in the key is going bad

there may be a problem with your anti-lock braking system. I recommend taking it to a brake mechanic
