I did a Google search "How do you replace the rear spark plugs on a 2000 Chrysler Cirrus?" and found this link: http://www.faqs.org/qa/qa-6243.html
I haven't tried it yet and am thinking of purchasing a Chilton manual just in case, but as far as explanations go the one at the very bottom of the page in the link sounds the most legitimate so far.
Besides, I have to pay you guys $9.99 for one answer that I can get for free; or I can get the Chilton and have a whole heap of answers for around $20.

SOURCE: want to buy a chrysler crrus lxi, good idea or not?
Don't buy it. My husband and I have a 1996 Cirrus and it is a money pit. We have only owned the thing for a short while but we have already had to fix some major problems - and now the horn won't stop honking and the shim we are using to stop it from doing so is no longer working. We are going to have to take apart the steering column and disable the horn at this point. Hope its not connecting to any of the tail lights!

Had the same problem on my 1999 cirrus lxi. Replaced the output speed sensor on the tranny and topped off the tranny fluid... cleared the check engine light and the cirrus ran great. Caution...the output speed sensor reqires removal of the front left tie and plastic weatherproofing to replace. once you find it's locvation, the replacement is relatively easy.
SOURCE: How do I fix a leak in the freeze plugs in a 2000
What you have to do is purchase a new freeze/frost plug. Usually from a Napa, Champion store ect. Usually just have to tap the old frost plug on one side and it will usually rotate so that you can grab it with a pliers or vise grips to remove it. Then clean the surface and punch the new plug into place. It will be a friction fit.
I recommend using a wood dowl the size of the plug to punch into place as it will ensure the plug is pressed into place without damage.
Good luck
