Horn is behind the grill, in front of the radiator.

Chevy silverado where is the horn relay

It depends if it is a classic or new style Silverado. Both were made in 2007. If it is a classic Silveradothere is a replaceable relay in the under hood fuse block. If it is a new style Silverado the horn relay is part of the printed circuit board that is only available with UBEC (under hood bussed electrical center).

How to fix the horn 2003 silverado

check for power at the horn when someone is pushing on the horn button. if you have power make sure it has a good ground, if so then the horn needs replacing. if you have no power then it could be the horn relay, of bad horn pad and as always check fuses.

Silverado horn

Unplug the horn

If the fuses do not blow & you have
battery voltage at the wire connector
you took off, when pushing the horn
pad, then replace the horn

If the fuse blows with the horn out of the circuit,
then you got to do some testing for a short in the
wiring or horn button area.

Personally I would start by looking at a wiring diagram,
so I wasn't guessing at where I'm about to do my testing.

2001 Silverado: horn or horns do not work Hit switch and can hear ...

only one horn sounds when you hit the button. the other horn is for the alarm and door locks etc. im not sure which is which, but have someone push the horn button while checking for power and ground at the harness connector. if power and ground are there, replace the horn. for your own sanity, buy an original equipment horn that just plugs right in, a universal aftermarket requires you to frankenstein your wiring. good luck!
