SOURCE: Dodge nitro leaking coolant slowly. Wil it last much longer

A lot depends on where the leak originated. If it's the water pump, it will only get worse, circulation will be impaired, engine can easily overheat...won't ;last long.
If it's an external leak, and you don't let the coolant get too low, it can go a l;ong time, with daily or regular topping up of the radiator.
If it's a blown head gasket and leaking internally, its days are definitely numbered. If its a head gasket and leaking externally, a little safer, but iffy: the head gasket may keep eroding and the leak get bigger. Overheating of the engine may occur.

2008 Dodge Nitro blows cold air constantly but coolant fine.

If both the coolant hoses are hot then the coolant is passing through the heater core. You probably have an actuator or blend door that is not working. It may be restricted by commanding it to work. A scanner could help you find out the problem.

Hi. My 09 Dodge Nitro sounds like the a/c - heater fan is working but I'm not feeling any air coming thru the vents. Any suggestions??

You may have a cabin air filter. It needs changed out badly. You will find it to be completely blocked with filth. Here is a link to the filter/s on eBay. C16079 Cabin Air Filter For DODGE Nitro 2008 11 Liberty 2008 12 CF10747...

Firing order & Wire Routing for 2009 Dodge Nitro 3.7 w/ three coil setup

The firing order for v6 is 165432
The driver side cylinder bank is numbered from front to rear-- 2-4-6
The passenger side cylinder bank is numbered from front to rear 1-3-5
The picture is for your coil pack, hopefully. So you can see how the coil towers are numbered.
My database for 09 showed coil on plug ignition. Is this the original engine?
I did see info for 07--3.7L that did appear to show a coil pack in tune-up manual.

Coolant leak,

Strange but do you think a hose has a pin hole that is spraying coolant up?
check the inner hood for over spray.
Clean the engine then drive it & look for more obscure places that might be wet.

2007 Dodge Nitro 3.7 engine turn key but will not start. like not getting gas could this be a fuel pump problem.tapped on tank then nitro started

Would you not be better off just checking
fuel pressure at the motor with a gauge, since
for some reason the pump runs when you tap
on the fuel tank

Heating problems

Check for air in the cooling system - tighten carefully all hoses especially ones by expansion tank. If motor on cool down sucks in air instead of water an air bubble could restrict the flow of coolant into the heater core.
