What is the fuel issue?

Changed fuel pump, filter, sent the fuse box off to be repaired since Relay 303 burned out. Starter fluid will crank it, so assume it is fuel related

Under hood fuse/relay panels on these are bad for water., when it is a hard rain. If 303 is the fuel relay, it wasn't fixed. I have tore panels like these apart to see what was wrong. And they are a mess. Copper wires get hot and bend, shorting out all kinds or fuses and relays. I just replace them now. And cover them. All I can figure is water pours threw them on hard rains. Even when the vehicle is sitting. Repaired many of them.

Possible the shorted out relay circuit may have fried the ECM/PCM for the pump or injectors.

2002 Chevy Cavalier just turning over and is no start. I just changed the Fuel pump and filter and has spark.

If the engine spins or (cranks) when turning the key to the start position, you don't need to test the starter. If you add starter fluid an the vehicle starts an runs for a few seconds you have a fuel delivery problem. Anti-theft system on that vehicle can disable fuel injectors - is the security light lit in the instrument cluster ?

Your best bet , have it towed to a qualified repair shop.

1995 Geo Tracker manual gearbox. It ran fine, then one day it spit and died. Now it cranks but won't start?

Question edited for clarity.
Question moved to model category.

It may be fuel pump pressure, but you need to diagnose before guessing what might be wrong. A mobile auto electrician with a pro grade scan tool computer can diagnose all the electronic modules and sensors and tell you why?

There are some ideas here

Change filter? Check fuse and/or relay. Can you hear the pump when you first turn on the key.

1991 F150 Will not crank.

Do real fuel pressure test using test gauge. You changed ignition module but not coil? Are you getting nice fat blue spark? When spraying starter fluid into intake it only tries to start which makes me think you have ignition problem.

Car will not start but will crank

it sounds like there is no fuel to engine. so remove fuel filter and see if it is restricting the fuel, it may be plugged. make sure the new fuel pump is working. it may be just a blown fuse in fuse box. have a good day!

My 99 Gmc jimmy will not start. the fuel pump is good the fuel filter is not clogged, i replaced the neutral safety switch, plugged in my code reader no codes, i believe it is the starter or the ignition...

Does it crank or not? If no crank then look at the starter or ignition switch. If crank but no start then look at the ignition system. Check for spark at the plugs and also check the fuel pressure. If there is spark try spraying a little starting fluid into the intake. See if it starts and stays running. If it stays running reply back and I will explain why.
