Knocking sound when runing over the bump

Yes....not a big deal. These things happen regardless of make or model...parts are not expensive...what all do you need to replace besides the heater core?

Milage between cambelts?

Mileage on timing belt, depends on year ? make (volvo) model (c70) and engine size?. heres a couple of mileage readings,the 1998 c70 with a 2.3 turbo engine is due every 70,000 miles. the 1999 -2001 c70 with 2.3 turbo is due every 105,000 miles. the 2002- 2004 c70 with the 2.3 engine is also at 105,000. the 1998 c70 with the 2.4 engine is due every 70,000 miles. the 1999-2001 c70 with the 2.4 engine is due every 105,000 miles. the 2002- 2004 c70 with the 2.4 engine is due every 105,000 miles. god luck hope this helps.

Engine knock

The idle issue is normal. The idle is controlled by the ECU. There are no adjustments for the idle. Regarding the knocking noise, that could be several things, and I am hesitant to comment without hearing it. Take it to a Toyota Dealer & have a tech listen to it. We are very good at identifying noises on the service drive.

sorry no adjustment, try an oil change with mobile 1 5-30 you may just have a collapsed lifter from letting it sit -jeff please rate
