Check for the fuse for rear wipers , i would,nt have thougth the rear wiper issue would bring up a serv light so take to a mechanic to get the OBDII codes read , it may need servicing

Outkastroost, I had the same problem last year with my '03 Durango. It happened shortly after we installed a new stereo. The solution was to disconnect the negative battery terminal for about 30 seconds to reset the computer. It's been working fine for a year now after that. I hope this works for you, too.

Check the plug it self on the back up light, when you take out the bulb there are two copper "prongs" that stick up to make contact to the bulb to make them light up. Make sure those "prongs" are making contact with the bulb.
