What is year? I'll try to post wiring diagram for you. Usually it runs from the horn to the horn relay. The ground for the control side of horn relay is controlled by the horn button on the steering wheel. I guess it is a dodge neon, not sure what year or if it matters? Can you give us the model year?

I have a 2001 Neon and my horn wont honk. How do you fix it?

First thing check that it is not a blown fuse. Next unplug the horn wire and make sure the horn works by applying battery voltage to it, run a wire from the possitive post of your battery to the terminal that wire was connected to. If it works I would then check that the wire going to it is not damaged. If all looks good then it may be in the horn button itself...this maybe harder to get to and probably not within your ability...

Describe your how to disconnect the horn from a 2004 dodge neon Problem. my battery just started going of.

As this is not a necessary part of the safety system I would recommend either finding the horn and unplugging it or remove the fuse.Horn fuses are usually found in underhood "Convenience Center" Should be marked "FUSE BOX" which is located near the battery on most vehicles. A simple call to Autozone or Napa can lead you to the answer as to where the horn(s)

hope this helped at least a little.

My horn stopped working on my 2006 Toyota Scion SB

most new cars have what is called a clock spring be hind the steering wheel.this is a flat ribbon cable like what you would Se in a computer.what can happen when the ribbon is damaged is the horn can quit working.the cruse control .and the air bag light will come also.but most likely one of the problems will occur.but over time the other problems start happening also.so are you sure you are getting power to the relay .use a volt meter on the terminals under the relay and have someone to push the horn button.this will tell you if you are getting power from the horn button.

Horn not working looking for fuse

First check fuse then relay. If trouble finding obtain repair manual.
Basic diagnostic method is to start at the horn(s). There should be two wires. One is negative the other positive. If connections good. You will need a voltage tester and a jumper lead. A simple 12 volt bulb can be used as a tester. Pull one of the horn wires and attach tester then attach other tester lead to negative. Test horn. If no indication repeat with other horn wire (don't confuse horn connections). If voltage present Horn defective. Next check for voltage at relay. If voltage in to relay but not out replace relay. If no voltage in to relay replace fuse. If still not found then problem is with horn switch or wires between.
