The engine turns well, everything seems ok to me , lacks power on departure

Check for vaccume leaks and also you PCV valve. check the hose too. Visually inspect every vaccume hose you can find. Sounds like a leak .

the probes use the mazda motor.... the engine light is caused by a lean fuel mixture...this happens on almost every american motor..its the ecu tuning. this is a way for the a-spec motor to have less horsepower, but they detuned too far. if you replace the ecu with the j-spec one you will not have the light, and gain somewhere around 15 hp im not sure how much or how dramatic the losing power thing is but i do know that the 2.5l motors love LOVE the rpms... so 3,000 rpm is really where the motor starts to run good, other than that im not sure

hi check and make sure that your clutch fan is not seased up and any of your pullies as well,and check for good exhaust flow unhook cat convertor then take for drive and see if it has power
