You need to take this in, the seal might have failed because of a bushing wearing out. It is not something that you can do without special tools and equipment.
You now need a special service tool to do this. You can purchase one from a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep dealer. Otherwise have your next oil change done at a dealer and ask them to do it.
