Odmeter says no fuse - 2006 Dodge Ram 1500

Have you checked fuses both inside the car and the ones in the engine compartment? If so most likely it is a faulty connection on the back of the instrument panel!

Switch could be prob, check fuses first.

hi these models usually have speedo cables only the 93 onwards models have electronic so maybe the cable has broken or it has slipped out of the gearbox mount on the side where it takes its reading from so i would start by looking there

i beilive this car is electronic speed o. try the fuse.

clean the speedometer sensor

find shut off fuel pump press button

Hi- happened to me last night. You will need to replace fuse number 7 (Vehicle Speed Sensor). It's a 10Amp small blade fuse

Hi as the car is still covered under warranty take it back to the dealer and get them to do it FOC,probably just a micro switch needs setting up .

IF THIS CODE IS NOBUS THEN I BELIEVE IT IS A COMMUNICATIONS PROBLEM WITH THE COMPUTER. CHECK THE FUSES FIRST. ESPECIALLY THE ONE FOR THE PCM(COMPUTER). ALSO CHECK THE CONNECTIONS ON THE PCM WHICH IS LOCATED ON THE PASSENGER SIDE FIREWALL AND HAS A BAJILLION WIRES COMING FROM IT. IT HAS THREE CONNECTORS THAT ARE HELD IN PLACE BY THREE BOLTS ON THE BACK OF THE COMPUTER. HOPE THIS HELPS YOU. PLEASE LET ME KNOW. GOOD LUCK

Change the trans.fluid and at the same time check the lenkage.
