My cobalt stated running weird all of a sudden. the check engine light came on and the traction control light came on. it shifts rough and the engine idle isn't right. it all happed at the exact same time. I have a code for mass air flow sensor voltage below normal an a code for the o2 sensor. I know it is a wiring issue I just need to find where all of this is tied together in the same harness and find the short
Google map of maf sensor for you make and model. Most MAP or MAF sensors are located on or in the path of the aircleaner and intake manifold. If the voltage is below normal it indicates a bad MAP or MAF sensor. GM makes it very easy.. usually two screws holds it in a coupling that directs air to the intake manifold it unplugs at the top. Just view a picture via internet search and clean or replace the sensor. Sensors are a bit expensive so cleaning it first might just do the trick. Even before that check vacuum hoses for leaks.
