87 Rolls-Royce 6.8 silver spur spark plugs gas fouled 02 light on,

My first suspect is a faulty O2 sensor causing the computer to make the engine run rich (too much fuel). This would account for the fouled plugs and rough running. I'm assuming the exhaust smoke is also quite black. This condition will also, unfortunately, quickly ruin the catalytic convertors.

Why does my 1988 ford ranger 2.0L is running rough and missing and blowing black smoke

Sounds like it is running rich, could be a stuck injector or a bad water temperature sensor. Is the check engine light on?

02dodge ram ,running rough, black smoke out exhaust

Take it to an Autozone or O'Reillys and they will test the computer for you. It should have set a code, but you don't know if the code light works so its your best bet. Sounds like it is running rich and the crankshaft module is not advancing the timing.

Rough Idle, Running rich.

Sounds like your automatic choke is giving you problems. Check to make sure the choke is operating correctly. If it ins not backing off as the engine gets to operating temp it will cause a rich condition and excessive black smoke out the tailpipe and extremely poor fuel mileage.

F150 5.4 liter v8 running rough, white smoke being exhausted on startup

White smoke while running usually indicates water in the combustion chamber (bad head gasket or cracked head) but white smoke on startup only is usually a sign of unburnt fuel (rich mixture). Either bad injectors, injector seals? Maybe something else That's assuming it's fuel injected
