Run1,30,000 Kim's, EGR valves cleaned, turbo inter cooler cleaned, running on fuel injector additive now to test. Problem started immediately post engine oil and oil filter change. Used shell remula 15w 40 and purolater oil filter. Pls help. Spent around 20k already on R&D. Again, all problems only post engine heating up in a drive for like 20 mins.

you need ot do a tune up, these problems are ussually associated with bad wires and coil packs...

you probably need a new mass air flow sensor. disconnect and drive it. I had the same problem and when I disconnected the sensor it ran good.

Sounds like your injection pump timing is off, an injector is leaking or a bad seal on your IP.
VW dealers have a horrible reputation when it comes to TDI's. Check out the posts over at www.tdiclub.com Those guys are very knowledgeable - and the first thing they'll tell you is don't take it to a dealer.
You can probably find someone in your area that has a copy of Vag-Com (scantool software that vw uses) software that could look at your timing. It definitely sounds like your dealer was throwing parts at your car because they didn't know what your problem is. If I were you, I'd copy and paste your post from here over at www.tdiclub.com

dont know if you found your problem or not or if this has anything to do with fixing your problem.....I have a 96 accent and it would start up but immediately stall three or four times before finally running. I would be driving down the road or coming to a stop and the car would shut off and would sometimes take multiple tries to start back up. It didn't make any air sounds so it may not be your problem but mine was simply the ignition switch. A relative give me the idea to check it so while driving I shook the ignition key and the car died. I went to auto zone and bought an igntion switch for $19 and change and it totally fixed the problem.

no-please change the oil filter, the micron size on a typical engine oil filter is 20 micron-cleaning with kerosene oil will not remove any traces of wear particles
