2004 vy commodore. What is temp sender unit resistance?

Maybe oil pressure sensor switch if oil is leaking from it that's your problem.or your petrol pump has gone.when u turn your car ignition on u should here the fuel pump cone on.if not check fuel pump relay if that's ok it's your fuel pump common problem.

the temperature sensor and the gauge sender are two different units
the wire to the temp sender could be broken or fallen of the sender
that wire has power to it and needs to be connected to the sender so that the variable resistance in the sender can work the gauge

not sure if you can read in this vy forum as a guest or requires free registraltion
