It varies. The low side is the bigger line.
Usually the fitting is on the compressor, the drier, or in the line.
The high side is the thinner line.

Car not charging 1987 chrysler labaron 2.2 turbo

The alternator is controlled by the engine computer. Its possible the regulator inside the computer has failed.
You could also have a faulty wire or connection between the alternator and the battery cable. Or a bad ground connection.
Someone would need to troubleshoot the charging circuit with a meter and a shop manual.

Where is the low side port for recharging the a/c located at on a 1987 G30 van?

Normally the low side is the line from the dryer or round unit. Most recharge unit will only fit on the low side now days unless you are using actual gages to fill with. Hope this helps.

My 2005 Chrysler Town & Country 3.8 Liter AC is not blowing cold air. I would like to try recharging with one of the R-134 kits. Is the low pressure port that I would need to attach the R-134 canister...

the hose fitting that you attach to the low side port will only fit that port-it cannot fit the high side (that port is too big) so you cannot do this wrong. The low (suction) side is between the compressor and the evaporator (passenger compartment, usually in the heater core plenium.)

Need to know engine size for 87 four door chrysler labaron

Check the VIN number of your vehicle (Little metal tag on the dashboard in the bottom corner of the windshield on the drivers side). The 8th digit from the left is your engine code. i.e. xxxxxxxExxxxx

If it is E, you have a 2.2L Turbo
If it is D, you have a 2.2L non-Turbo
If it is K, you have a 2.5L non-Turbo

Lowside ac port on a 93 chrysler lebaron

It will be the only one the charge hose will connect to.It will need to be retrofited if you have the 134a charge hose,it is a quick connect, and r 12 ,witch your car came out with, are screw on fittings, the retrofits will have to be screwed on to use the 134a ,and they will only fit the service ports they are designed for.If this was helpful,at all, please rate.
