Abs problem When the brakes are applied, there is screech sound from the front right tire and it gets locked unlike the other tires. the car skids on the front right tire.

Sounds more like a loose connection in the harness. If the ABS module failed, the system would default off and your ABS warning light would come on. The ABS module measures tire speed and applies brake pressure to prevent skid.
ABS has a sensor which is basically like a metal blade which sticks into the tire attachment into grooves.As the tire turns,the blade senses the RPM.When you brake suddenly,the sensor tells the computer when your tire is about to skid and releases brake pressure.It applies and releases brake pressure very quickly so as not to cause a skid.One of these may be going bad.A computer check can tell you quickly,but you probably know about computer application pricing.If you want to buy one and switch tires every couple days you could probably find out,but it would be very tedious.Good luck.
ABS is anti-lock braking system. It is a range of four sensors which monitor the braking capability when you apply the brakes. If you are harsh and stamp on the brake pedal there is a risk of the wheels locking up and sliding (screeching from the tires).
The ABS sensors modulate the brake caliper pistons andapply and let go the brakes very quickly. This stops the tires from skidding and you will feel a pulse through the brake pedal as the hydraulic system is forced to release the pedal slightly for a fraction of a second.
As ABS stops your car from skidding it allows you to turn the steering when you are braking hard. This is good news for avoiding accidents. If you lock the wheels on a non ABS car, you continue in the direction of the wheels - unless you release the brakes and reapply quickly (same method as ABS) this is called cadence braking but when involved with a potential accident the last thing on people's minds is to release the brake pedal. I'm not sure myself but do this test, find a baron stretch of road and drive up to 40 mph, then apply the brakes very firmly to try and lock the front brakes, you will notice 1 of 2 things, if the tires lockup and screech then no ABS, if you get a grinding pulsing action that doesn't sound good, then yes you have ABS, this action allows the wheels to continue to rotate to a certain degree. Sounds like one of the sensors at the tires is not working right. Its actually better if the light stays on. With it turning on and off will make it harder for you to stop cause the computer does not know what to do. Check brake fulid level. If it stays on you will have normal brakes. Have the sensors checked or replaced. ABS was design for panic stops so you don't lock up the tires an skid.
Ok, if the wheel bearing assembly was installed incorrectly the wheel would wobble and you would have a disconcerting feeling in the steering wheel. The rotors have to be within factory specs to be turned safely. What I would do is have the rotors checked with a micrometer and replaced.
