2001Chrysler Concorde lxi .. where is fuel pump fuse and where is fuel safety shut off switch?

No there is no switch for activate or deactivate your fual pumps ,from company ready made models

so you cant switch off or on,

Have you checked both fuses? If I recall correctly there is one in the passenger compartment, as well as the engine compartment. Try replacing the fuel pump relay, while you're in there.
