I have a grandcherokee laredo straight six model 2000.It turns off will im driving then i pull over and restart it and it runs with no problem.Also the motor shakes and losses power .

Sounds like the thermostat is stuck shut and not letting enough coolant through

I would test coil and ignition module. Module has a low speed and a high speed section, so high speed part could be bad and cause unit to die, then start right back up on low speed part.

On the straight six engine they have a crank shaft sender located on front of transmission it reads the flywheel turning. When they go bad it will not fire and can quit like yours did.

pop the hood,
remove the shield over the engine
one the top is removed you will see the plug wires plugging into the engine

pull one out
the spark plug is under there,, The plug wires pulg into the spark plug
you will need a special Plug socket to remove the spark plugs.

does it have fuel pressure? the test port is on the top of the engine in the fuel supply rail to the fuel injectors.

I would suggest that you have the wheel alignment checked and also all ball joints and lower arm bushes
