I have a water leak on the passenger side floorboard. (checked the heater core already) Does not smell like anti-freeze either? Floods daily?

if you smell antifreeze inside the car . you heater core could have a hole or is leaking....check the floorboard on passenger side for wetness....that is a sure sign

Is it leaking water or Anti Freeze?
If it's Anti Freeze you can pull down the rug or floor mat to check, you should also smell the Anti Freeze. This means your heater core is leaking & has to be replaced, if it's not leaking bad you can try a sealer called Aluma seal (my spelling could be wrong),looks about the size of a roll of dimes, most auto stores have it.
If it's water, my guess is the AC condensation hose is blocked. Does it leak only when the AC is on? this hose runs outside, usually on the
passenger side behind the front wheel, when the AC is on & condensation builds up, you will see water coming out on the ground, this is normal, but if that hose is pinched or blocked the water could end up running onto your floor. Hope this helps.

Was the coolant old and weak? At ten degrees, a weak coolant could result in freezing and that can cause an engine freeze plug to burst open. Check the side of the engine block for signs of leakage around the freeze plugs. Another possibility is the heater hoses. They run along the passenger side of the engine as well. The last possibility is the heater core. If it leaks you may smell coolant inside the passenger compartment. You MAY get a wet floorboard on the passenger side. Coolant leaking from the core usually will fall into the condensation pan for the A/C and run out of the passenger compartment thru the firewall on the passengers side.

It is a good chance it is anti freeze from a leaking heater core. See if it smells like coolant. If so you can pull the coolant lines off the heater core in the engine bay and put them together to bypass it until it is fixed

smell it i bet its not water but coolant heater core will leak when bad do you smell sweet smell in cabin of car if so coolant leakage

your heater core is leaking.

heater core is located on the front passenger side next to your ac evaporator assembly, your heater unit uses engine coolant water as a heater , the reason why you smell anti freeze because your core has a leak.
you can disassemble the unit if you have the right tool and by removing the front glove box and console panel to expose and give way to check that unit, it normally fastened by screws and a few bolts and nuts.

Sounds like a possible heater core failure(hole in it) the smell indicates to me the coolant(anti-freeze) is leaking into the passenger compartment.
Check the carpet in front of the front passenger seat for moisture, this would confirm heater core leak.

Firsdt check the radiator cap thats it tight , then check for any anti freeze visible on the engine, then check under the car for any leaks. Is the smell of anti freeze inside the car ? , check the heater core you may have a leak there. the newer heater cores are aluminum and certain anti freezes, are extra acidic , which causes the anti freeze to eat at the heater core causing leaks, it maybe be a pin hole leak in the heater core ,causing the smell.
