The engine light is on because the car is telling you that something is wrong. It is putting out codes and you need a diagnostic tool to check for the solution.
If the engine is cold the pressure cap should be near the passenger side of the intake. Remove the cap, looks like a radiator cap, and add antifreeze till its full. Then fill the plastic jug that is marked engine coolant.
Both codes are with the EVAP SYSTEM, there are numerous items it could be. A repair shop that does Toyotas or the delaler would be the best to check it out for you. Its not anything that will leave you walking or disable the car.
