Ac compressor on 2007 dodge nitro not kicking on where is the fuse or does anyone know what else to do

By pass both pressure switches one at a time with small wire or a paper clip. If comperssor kicks on replace the swich that you bypassed.
if not it could be the fan clutch ot the compressor. Compressor runs about $400.00

you should be adding the 134a to the system the low pressure switch is doing its job by not allowing the compressor to kick on, it wont kick on until there is enough 134a in the system to be above the preset pressure for the low pressure switch.

There are fuses for the A/C, but many of today's A/c units have a shut-off that will keep the unit from turning on if the refrigerant is low.
I suggest having the unit checked and refilled if needed. They'll check for leaks as well.

if you look under your dash on the drivers side, you should find a little door or hatch. after you open it look on the back of the door for a diagram of the fuses...one should be labeled for the lighter, or accessory power outlet. use a pair of needle nose pliers to pull the bad fuse and push in the new one.
