Rear offside door lock fault
If all the others work, most likely the latch motor is bad. You have to remove the panel to access it. Before you pull it out, Unplug it and plug it back in, could just be a connection problem. Doubt that it is wiring,as those doors aren't used as often as the front.

The door lock only operates manually
I've taken the door card off this morning, but cannot access the motor without removing more bits. I did notice that the lock lever does twitch when the car is locked or unlocked which suggests the electrics are at least connected.
