Under the drivers side dash in the fuse relay panel. There should be 2 relays on the top row and the one on the right should be for the fuel pump

This goes for any car that doesn't start. Take a rag, soak it in gasoline, then hold the gas soaked rag over the air intake, then have someone crank the ignition. If it is a fuel delivery problem the engine should start briefly or at least sputter. If it does that then you know there is a fuel delivery problem. If the same symptoms persist then you know that there is some other issue than fuel delivery.

All fuses and relays should be under the hood

The relay should be in the relay-fuse box in the engine compartment. Check your owners manual for details.

Its located in the IPDM box....remove the cover and you ll see a side with 4 relays close to the fuses and the other side 3line of relays,the relay in the middle is your fuel pump relay......hold the ipdm in position the fuses in the box upside....

check your relays. there is a fuel injector relay and a fuel pump relay. should be universal accessory relay. bout $6 at o'reillys. also could be found at tractor supply.
