3.3 liter loses power sometimes - 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan

it could be one of two things. cam sensor or the cat sensors. but you would need to really need the ecu read to find the code the ecu is giving. even a cheap code reader will do to just get the code that is stored. as you don't want to just be changing parts.

My friend's 2001 Hyundai sonata does this. I found out many issues with the car, most of the issues were censors. It was the main issue in the Hyundai... Try scanning the ecu for codes, it will tell you something.

I would start with the filter.

This is normally the throttle position sensor.

I have seen this problem caused by the Mass Air Flow Sensor, have you checked it?

Check for a clogged catalytic converter.
