F22a engine produces strange noise most obvious at 2000 rpm, what could the problem be?

The noise could be heard after 1500 and become most obvious at 2000 rpm and it gets less obvious at 3000 and the noise fades afterward. And the noise could not be heard when the engine is not warmed up. However, later i figured that the dynamic of the noise. Every time i step on the gas between those rpms, the noise could be heard but when i release the gas pedal the noise is gone even when the engine was still revving between those noisy rpms. In other words, the noise only came up when i step on the gas pedal. And so i did a test. I rev the engine up to 2250 rpm, released the gas pedal, and give a sudden stepping on the gas pedal again after the rpm hit 2000. The noise was more audible with sudden changes in RPM only in the way that from low to high. Sounds like the noise was positively correlated to how much rpm increased in a short period of time. What could that be?? Which part of the engine has the highest possibility to create noises when rpm increases?

Without a general description of what the noice sounds like, squeal as compared to knocking, it is impossible to help you. Engines make a lot of different noises, so try and help by describing noise. I would suspect it is belt related, or tension pulley related as these are RPM variable noises, belts tend to slip when you accelerate and can be quite loud with a serpentine belt as example.

Knocking knoise under 1500 rpm

If your car has hydraulic tappets and low low oil pressure at engine speeds then it can make tapping noises. Oil pressure is needed to maintaine the tappets clearances, excessive cleaeances will produce noises.

It may be that the light is being tripped due to an "over voltage" condition. The faster you spin the alternator/engine the higher the voltage output of the alternator. I would test the voltage coming out of the alternator. It should be at about 14.3v or so max. If it gets into the 16v+ range when you increase the engine RPM then the voltage regulator has failed and needs to be replaced.

I'd begin by having the trans fluid changed and making sure there isn't an excessive amount of debris in the pan (there is always some but should not be obviously a lot) You may have a slight varnish buildup inside that becomes less sticky as the internal temp rises.

Grinding noise while driving.

Possible causes:

a) a brake disc shield is too close to the disc, and it's coming into contact in the circumstances you outline

b) pebbles stuck between the disc shield and the disk

c) dried out wheel bearings

d) worn Universal Joints in the drive shafts

e) worn A/C pump

f) worn alternator

g) worn water pump

Is the noise still present above 15 miles an hour and past 1500 rpm when the clutch is disengaged (i.e. gearbox in neutral?). The answer to this question may help you to pinpoint the source. I know it's stating the obvious but the fact that you're hearing a grinding sound means it's caused by something that is moving relative to something else. Again this should help narrow down the cause.
