The low pressure port is on the compressor on the bottom side. It should have a black cap on it.

sounds like the same thing that was wrong with the 94 GS i recently bought. found the crankshaft postion sensor to be bad. it controls your electronic spark timing which would allow it to turn over with out starting.
also does your stall when you are stopped and at idle or while at driving speed or both? mine would stall at idle and driving speeds. Changed that sensor and have not had any more issues with stalling. sensor should cost around $30-$40 dollars at your local autozone, takes about 2 hours to change just need to pull the harmonic balancer pulley (make sure to use the proper tool or you will bend the pulley) and the sensor is behind the pulley. you will gain easier access to doing the maintenace buy removing the passenger front tire and the little splash gaurd directly behind the tire held on by 3 quick release fasteners. hope this helps you out.

SOURCE: Low Coolant light flashing on 1996 Buick Regal 3.8

The low coolant sensor should be located in the passenger side radiator tank, You need to take it out and clean the sludge off of it for it to work right. Or you can just unplug it and forget about it, the light will go out and it won't cause any problems.

SOURCE: where is low pressure port for air conditioner on

This one took me 30 mins to find, its at the back of the engine at the center of the firewall (below the windsheild ) . This is where the a/c lines go into the car ( evaporator) its hard to see if your tall . Remove the cap and attach your guage . Good luck.

Ps. Fix the leak first

Where is the low ac suction side located on a 1992 buick regal

First find the A/C compressor, it is attached directly to the engine and has a pulley on it. When you turn on/off the A/C while the engine is running you should be able to locate it by listening for it to engage.

When you find it you need to trace the two metal pipes that come out of it. One pipe is the high pressure side and one is the low. You will know which one is the low side when you find the 'tee' with a plastic cap (both high and low have one).

The fitting that comes with the A/C recharge kit will only fit properly on the low pressure port. Sometimes, but not always the low pressure port has a blue cap.

Where do i add r134 on the 99 buick regal , I see to nozzles under the hood one to the right boy wheel shock and the other back center closr to firewall

Closer to firewall is where your low side port should be. Your R134 filling hose quick connect adapter will ONLY fit on the proper "low side" connector port at that location because it is a different size than the high pressure port. You can't put it on the wrong port and get it to fit.

I have a 95 buick regal grand sport with 61,000 miles on it

Regardind the A/C situation is posible that your compressor is getting stuck either for lack of internal lubrication or overpressure, either way is time to replace it. The second part might be related to the security system, the mirrors sounds like a different fuse.

You could possibly have a blown head gasket. Is there an awful amount of white smoke coming out of the tailpipe? If so, that's likely to be your problem.
