Make sure there is spark at the spark plugs, if ok check fuel pressure and flow, if flow is low change fuel filter, if pressure is low check fuel pressure regulator , if ok the pump is at fault.

Car started but had to Change the solenoid pack on my Lincoln LS v8.now car will not start ..cranks but will not start. And fuel pump isn't kicking on

What solenoid pack ? What year is the vehicle ? Does it have spark ? Crankshaft position sensor maybe , PCM won't energize the fuel pump relay if it doesn't see a input voltage from the crank sensor .

My 1999 Lincoln contintal started leaking fluid while driving down the hwy. I pulled into a store and it all drain out. What caused this and how much will it cost to fix.

I am sorry about your misfortune. You need to determine what type of fluid it was. If it is coolant it is usually a green or pink. Cooling systems can be pressurized and be tested to find leaks. If it was any other type of leak, proper visual inspection will determine usually where to start.

Won`t start when cold

No such thing on your car.
The temp sensor tells the computer what the engine coolant temp is.
If it were faulty you would get a check engine light.
I would have the fuel pressure checked before and after you crank the engine. The pump relay provides power to the pump when you turn the key on to recover some of the lost fuel pressure after the car sits. The one way valve in the pump is supposed to prevent the pressure from dropping.
If the fuel pressure drops to zero it could take some time to crank the engine enough to get it back up.

1999 Lincoln continential will not start

I would first, change the spark plugs only if they were in the motor, say three years and 50,000. Not just to fix a misfire
Second you can only change a COP Coil, if you have a code or a way of knowing which one is bad. Again, why would you change all of them, when they all now work?
Crank Sensors rarely fail,so what test did you do to determine that was necessary?
Also.how would you know ,you had a missing coil, if you had no crank signal?
Now lets go from where you are now
Did you check fuel pressure,key-on ,eng off, with a pressure gauge?
Fuel filter fairly new?
Do you have all the ducting from the air cleaner to throttle body on and no vacuum leaks?
Do you have the MAF sensor connected. No signal,no start!!

Let me know what help you need

Lincoln Towncar 1999 turns over great. Has a new

check the spark plugs to see if they are getting any spark-pull one of the plugs, reconnect the wire, and hold near something metal on the car while someone turns the engine over-if no spark-it's electrical-maybe just the plugs-maybe something more serious
