Unlikely to be a fuse blown. Doesn't your Discovery have Daytime Running Lights? If so the right side might be a blown fuse. If the rear lights are on, that mean you have the nighttime lights on.

Hi welcome main problems are the abs valves causing the 3 dash lights (search 3 amigos online) a really badly sited compressor can cause air suspension models to fail giving the bags a slow leak the V8 is a solid engine but can have radiator expansion tank and cap failures
the other issue is electrics windows and door looms are problematic
switch on ignition, pull parking brake button upwards for approx 10 seconds...if it does not reset, you will have to have mount positions recalibrated with LR computer

Code P1590 is a rough road/ABS fault that normally will also show up when the
ABS is having problem with the lights coming on and off or on all the
way. Only indicating the the 3 Amigos are on or come on go. Fix you
brakes and then you can clear the code.
It can be clear with a proper scanner and is not being caused by any
other ABS part.
its the abs sensors which are part of the front hub/wheel bearing assembly get the lights reset by a dealer if it happens again u will need 2 renew one or both of the hubs £200 per side tho!
