Per TireRack.com, there were four tire size options for a 2007 BMW 750i starting at 18 inch going to 21 inch wheels. You will need to know what size you car currently has and whether they are staggered (narrow front/wider rear) or the same front/rear. You will also need to know if they are "Run flat" or regular. The site has good testing articles and ratings of various brands. The Uniform Tire Quality Grade number rates tire longevity (higher number lasts longer 100= approx. 7,200 miles) and the letters are for traction (AA is best) and temperature (A is best). Continental Extreme Contact DWS is available in your size works well as an Ultra High Performance All Season.
