OK. On the front edge of the seat bottom cushion, pull up hard, both sides. This will dislodge the 2 clamps that holds the seat cushion to the floor. Pull the seat cushion out & set it aside. You will now see the female latches bolted to the area where the rear of the seat cushion meets the rear seat back bottom. Remove the bolts (14 mm I think).

open the trunk and look up under the speaker area there r two straps located there pull on these straps one for each back seat then the seats will let down

Usually the rear lower seat cushion is locked in front with two medal tangs you can't see. They are in middle of the two rear passenger positions. You have hit hard with hand rearward and pull up on the cushion with the other. Do one side, then the other.

You should be able to go to the dealer and buy the center lap belts and can install them without having to by the seat just call your loacal dealer they can tell you how much thy are, less expensive than the seat.
