The oil pressure sensor is located on the back of the engine, behind a heat shield. you will need to be able to work from under the vehicle to access it.

The temp guage stays on cold and no heat

Thermostat is stuck in the OPEN position. Replacing it is the solution.. New thermostat is about $10 plus labor and new anti-freeze. Should run you less than $100 at a REPUTABLE shop.

When the engine temp looks normal on the gauge but you get no heat inside unless your keeping the RPMs up by driving it,It usually means the fluid in the radiator is very low.wait until it is cooled completely and remove the radiator cap and fill completely,Check resovour and fill to correct level,

if you remove wire connection from temp sender unit and guage goes down then reconnect it goes up ? it is probably the temp sender unit is fault this is if you are certain engine/coolant system is ok and no indication of o/heating ?
