Sounds like a gas filter. If not try the fuel pump.

When did it go in for the last service check all the spark plug wires if all show good then I'd say no need to check the sparkplugs I would to see how they look acdelco is my choice otherwise the egr valve be next along with the throttle body they get heavily caked with carbon if that doesn't get ya back in the drivers seat then it gonna be the mass air sensor and the map sensor control your fuel hope that helps

Bogs down when throtttling, even at high speeds

Clean your MAF (mass air flow sensor).

Google a Youtube video on how to do it.

You just need electrical parts cleaner or MAF cleaner.

Van Sputters And Loses All Power When I Accelerate

Internal combustion engines requires 3 things... fuel, air, and spark. You do not have enough of one or more of these. If the wires and plugs are old, change them.  Air filter, same thing.  Fuel filter can also clog up with stuff after awhile. When you take a look at the air filter check where the air comes from.  It is possible a little critter has built a home and blocked the air flow (rare, but, it has happened).
