The Cigarette lighter is run off of a 20A fuse located in the engine compartment just behind the battery. The fuse map will say P-Out and is in position #14. Hope that helps.

The owners manual states 'do not plug accessories into the cig. lighter.' They are only to be plugged into the 'power point' outlets. This is probably why the fuse blew, it can't handle accessories. You need to replace fuse #41 with a 20 amp fuse. This fuse also controls the OBDII diagnostic port, so until it's replaced, you won't be able to scan for check engine codes. Disconnect the negative on the battery. Unbolt the small bolts under the gas door holding the fuel neck in place. Put a small floor jack under the gas tank holding it up and loosen the straps holding the tank in place. Once you have the gas tank down there is one ring holding the fuel pump in place. Remove the fuel hoses, electrical connecters and then the fuel pump. When you go to install everything back make sure to change the O-ring on the pump seal also. Install everything backwards of removal.
