Re: Where are the relays for the rear windows located?
There is a relay bank under the hood. According to TexasHonda In the 03-06 models, a single relay provides pax, RR, LR window motor power. Relay is located in the pax Multiplex Control Unit in the pax side foot well. If you have power to the pax side window, relay is probably working.

Sounds like a relay may be stuck or bad, that would be the noise underneath. The noise in the door could be the Motor being weak and causing the relay to click or motor to make a humming noise.
rear window issue not rolling down?, take your rear window wiper blade and push up to the docking position. Then try the window. The wiper is electrically inline with the window relay. If it is not all the way up (sagging) then your window will not roll down. Hope this helps. Also, the relay board that operate rear window defog, and up/down is located drivers side behind the front seat behind the plastic trim.Next to the fuse box there are two circute breakers,in the center of the two breakers is a small hole take a tooth pick and push into the hole to reset the breaker,if I beleive the rear window breaker is nearest to the fuse box?? this should do the trick.
You have a power window relay located in the engine compartment in the very back right rear.
The window relay is the one in the very front on the inside. Sometimes there will be relay which are the same , only used for something else in the car. You can unplug it and try it in the place of the window relay. There is an integrated control module located inside on the driver's kick panel, it's the large box. But it relates to other circuits. Do not forget to check the fuses.OH! the power window switch. .The power, I believe is routed through the driver's door switch.
Good luck. Start with the fuses, then the relay, switch, connections. All the simple things first.
power windows? when you try to roll them up or down does it make a clicking noise or no? if it is making a clicking noise then the auto relay is working which means the motor is either jammed or broken. it is located on the door. you have to pull the do itor panel off to get to.
These are two separate issues. The most common cause of the clicking is the hazard switch located above the radio.Replacing this generally takes care of that issue occassionally it is a malfunction in the turn signal switch but most likely the hazard switch. If all windows are affected would check fuses first. If the windows roll down from the corresponding switches example rf allows rf to roll down. If not suspect an electrical issue such as fuse or relay. If they do roll down from the switches on the doors but not the drivers door possible a master switch issue.Drivers door contains a master switch that controls all windows.Do the windows work at all?
I have the exact same problem on a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2004. The rear passenger window rolls down only from the rear passenger window and won't go up or down from the front. It has to be in the wiring because the problem was intermittent initially and a new window motor does the exact same thing. If you figured it out or have the wiring diagram please let me know.
I had the same issue with the passenger side rear window. I took the panel off (one screw under the window switch and one screw located behind the door handle. There is a small black cover over the screw.) I then took the motor off of the door and track system. After the track was off, I plugged the motor back into the wiring harness and tried the switch. Mine actually worked and the gear spun, if not, it will be a pricey window motor about $150-$250 depending on where you get it. Good luck! Sean
The fuse for the rear window is a 30amp fuse located under the drivers side of the dash. It should be the only 30 amp fuse in that fuse box. Also there is a relay that controls all the functions of the back door. It is located inside the rear door. Let me know if you need any further assistance.
