The only fix is to replace the seal
anything else is a waste of money and oil

SOURCE: 2003 Hyundai Elantra - diable alarm

YES!... with various system operating difference. Disconnecting the alarm does not disable it.. it only silences the alarm. You will still need the Keyless Entry System Remote to RESET the alarm to start the vehicle.

SOURCE: P0139 code for a 2003 hyundai elantra. What is this code?

Hi the code P0139 is Bank 1 sensor 2 lambda sensor fault ,possible wiring or sensor fault even if you replace the sensor you need to have the MIL lamp turned off by a Diagnostic machine,it is possible you have another fault such as poor Catalytic converter efficency giving the same fault code ,Would recomend you get the car checked and read the "live" data as the car see`s it to make an accurate diagnosis and cure

unless you can discover what DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) has been recorded/set in the control module, it's anyone's guess.

SOURCE: 2003 Hyundai Elantra GLS. Check engine light, code PO133

Did you use a aftermarket O2 sensor or a genuine Hyundai one? If it's an aftermarket one it may be bad or not as good as the OEM one. See here for more details and other potential causes: P0133

Can I conclude front cv shaft on the right side from your posting? If this is a yes you will have to pop the shaft out,pry the old seal out and very gently(a large socket works well) tap the new seal into place. If you are not handy I am afraid its a trip to the mechanic.Service on these is replacement only.good luck

2003 Hyundai Elantra only has 35,000kms on it! Started leaking oil really bad, took it to mechanic, he fixed the engine seal, went and picked it up, leaking oil on the way home, took it back and they tell...

dear friend-your mechanic is not very convincing, did he perhaps use a pirate seal,or incorrect seal, according the km this car is still new,so it is not posssible for crankshaft to be damaged.please get a second oppion,as it might be that the leak is from somewhere else and not the seal in question.

The passenger side wiper doesn't operate. Although, the bottom bolt turns when the wipers are turned on it doesn't pick up the wiper arm.

Remove the nut and purchase some epoxy ( JB weld ) mix the jb weld and apply to the spindle shaft then take the wiper arm and reattach with the nut being sure to set the arm in the correct position tighten down the nut and let dry over night or at least two to three hours at 70 degrees.
