SOURCE: The headlights on my 1999

Hi! As a first course of action please open the hood and remove the positive battery connector. Let it sit for atleast 5mins. to reset the system. Once the system is resetted it can get rid of the problem. After 5mins. reconnect the battery connector. Start the engine and take it for a few runs and observe the difference. Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa!

I need a fuse diagram for a 92' Oldsmobile 88 royale.. My park brake sensor keeps beeping, and the brake isn't even down.. Also, the park brake light is also on.. PLEASE HELP.. It BEEPS going up...

I don't think a fuse diagram is what you need.
If you get under the dash and look up at the parking brake pedal assembly you might see a switch with one wire. Its a simple piece of metal that is a ground and it gets pushed off its contact by a nub on the brake mechanism. That switch may have come loose and is cust a constant ground or a plastic pin on the back of the switch which keeps it from turning could have broke off and it moved out of posistion.
