I had a Chev Corsica with V6. The fuel lines that ran straight fore and aft to/from fuel tank were metal. But where comes out of tank it was rubber. I'm assuming you've developed a pinhole leak in one of the metal fuel lines. I would suggest putting a "sleeve" of neoprene fuel line over the leak and clamp in place. This requires cutting the neoprene hose lengthwise so that you can slip it over the bad spot. Jut keep in mind that these fuel lines are under a bit of pressure.

SOURCE: broken fuel line

You need to inspect the conditon of the entire line. If it is extremely rusted, any repair will likely fail and even where you did not make a repair, you can expect to see new leaks shortly.
if line is in reasonably good condition you can cut the line using a mini-pipe cutter, and use brass ferrule type connectors to "splice" in a new section of line, making sure that fittings are located on good clean areas that are free of rust or pitting.
Use of rubber fuel line should only be considered as a temporary repair to get the vehicle to a place where it can be done properly. If you find it necessary to do this, use only high pressure fuel hose and high pressure clamps, placing two clamps with the tightening screws 180 degrees apart at each end. (by temporary, I don't mean temporary for the next two years...only for getting back from where you were stranded)

SOURCE: Where is fuel filter

The fuel filter on your 2003 Buick Century is located on the left side under the back dor and is up into the inside rocker panel. The filter is held in by a strap that has a 1/2 inch bolt and the filter itself requires a 13/16 wrencha dn a 5/8 line wrench when taking it apart. The line coming in from the trank side has the push on connector that you need to push it towards the filter body and then squeeze the two plastic wing to let it release the filter. The new filters now come with a new plastic wing so it yo really get fustrated with it you can force it and it should still be okay as the new one will work when you put it back on.

Fuel line problem at fuel filter conector, 1994 Buick Century

I know the feeling well when this happens. I to did the same as you and also did the clamp, but found the best way was to yous a crimp tool for fuel lines and its not come off since its like the tool to put brake lines on to the calipers and then you put the rubber hose onto it and using a fuel line clip to hold the rubber in place. has lasted the last 5 years now with no problems.

3.8L v6, 1995 Buick Gran Sport; When A/C is on and i step on accelerator the air coming out of the dash vents drops to zip. Found leaky hose from fuel pressure regulator and manifold pressure...

It's most likely a vacuum line, look under your hood (close to the cowl panel) for a disconnected, cracked or broken vacuum line.

In some rear cases, it could be the vacuum switch (in dash). Or vacuum diaphragm (under dash).

Hope this helps you ???

STARTS AND SHUTS DOWN AFTER 2 SECONDS 95 BUICK CENTURY V6

Not enough fuel pressure.
Hopefully, it might be a clogged fuel filter, start there... replace it. ($9 AutoZone).
Could also be fuel pump or the fuel pressure valve is stuck open, allowing fuel to drain back to the gas tank (no fuel in line).
