I changed out the starter, alternator and battery, checked for broken wires someone told about it might be starter relay. All are new except starter relay what else can I do to fix this
A Simple Preliminary Car Starting Procedure
If your car won't start, try this procedure:
Make sure the positive cable, makes a good connection at the battery and at the starter. Make sure the negative cable makes a good ground connection at the battery and (preferably) at the engine.
Turn on the headlights, then try to start the car.If the headlights do not dim or go out, then the battery is likely ok.
If the wiring looks ok, then look at the starter solenoid for a good connection, and proper voltage at the starter(10 volts minimum while cranking).
If the starter spins and no crank, the problem is most likely the Solenoid's bendix gear is stuck.
Have someone hit (not too hard) the starter while you try to start the car. This usually works by dislodging a stuck bendix gear.
I think the battery light may be a warning that the battery is not charging...but the other tests seem to indicate the alternator is ok.
With the engine running, what voltage do you read on the battery? It should be at least 13.6 volts to indicate the alternator is charging ok.

What not try the obvious......try new battery cables. I had a similar problem a couple of years ago and my ground cable was bad. This is a 2000 Ford Expedition hmmmm 15 years with the same cables is noteworthy.
Go to the local auto parts store and have them test your charging and starting system. It's usually free. Stop hanging parts on it... Most likely your alternator has quit working but proper testing is required to determine this...

I agree with you some of these people have know idea what there talking about ! You never ever disconnect battery cables off a running engine . A voltage spike can take out a PCM quick like. You know some of answers from these dumbies about battery an cables don't have a clue what they are talking about either ! iF IT STARTS AN RUNS IT'S NOT THE BATTERY OR CABLES ! THAT LIGHT HAS TO DO WITH THE CHARGING SYSTEM !
Did you read the one from the red neck Replace the starter solenoid , Someone should monitor this site an get these bozo's off here if they don't know what there talking about !
