You cannot get fuel in a MAP sensor vacuum hose. If you have fuel in the vacuum supply hose to the pressure regulator the regulator is internally leaking. The engine should run rough/set o2codes/and possibly blow black smopke out tailpipe

Sounds like you have a bad fuel pressure regulator.Try this, pull the vacuum hose off of the fuel pressure regulator and if fuel runs out then the regulator is faulty. You can also pull the vacuum hose off the map sensor and if you see fuel run out the regulator is faulty.

1989 Bronco runs rich. I've replaced Map sensor, TPS, IAT sensor, O2 sensor, and spark plugs but no solution. I can't find any vacuum leaks. Spraying ether around hoses doesn't change the rpms.

check that there is no fuel in the vacuum hose that is going to the fuel pressure regulator, if there is fuel in the vacuum hose replace the regulator.

Runs poorly(very Rich, stumbles) when map sensor is plugged in, but runs smoother with it unplugged...new map sensor, EGR, TPS, O2, Fuel Pump, timing is right, good vacuum at map, no vacuum leaks,

If it is fuel injected you may have a bad fuel pressure regulator. The regulator is attached to intake manifold with a vacuum hose and the bladder sometimes fails causing gas to be dumped directly into the intake manifold. Only solution is to replace the fuel pressure regulator.

91 Chrysler New Yorker runs very rich. sometimes runs rough but usually seems to run ok but black smoke pours out the exhaust. If you accelerate hard it will leave a black streak on the pavement from the...

check that the map sensor vacuum hose is not leaking a leaking hose or a bad map sensor will cause the problem so will a bad cooant temp sensor. wireing to the above could be shorted or open.if a fuel injector were leaking or the controll wire to it were shorted to ground that also would cause it.if all the plugs were black when you changed them then look for an across the board problem like a sensor/vac hose/. if it had only one or two black plugs then look for grouned fuel injector wire or leaking injectors. one other possability could be a ruptured diaphram in the fuel pressure regulator. pull off vac hose and look for gas in the hose, start engine with hose off and see if gas comes out of the regulator if either have gas then replace regulator. oh forgot, that hose on the regulator has to have vacuum on it if it dont or hose leaks it will make fuel pressure to high and cause the problem. the exception to the vacuum at all times on the map censor and pressure regulator would be the 2.2/2.5l turbo. the vacuum to those censors is controlled with solonoids operated by the computer.
with engine off turn the key on/off/on/off/on and watch the check engine light it will start flashing the codes it will be like blink short pause then blink blink blink. that would be a code thirteen. if it has more than one code then after first it will blink out another always 2 digit codes if you miss count the blinks then turn off key for a minute and repeat. let me know what the codes are

My sparkplug keeps getting black, then the car begins to sputter

Car is running rich, can be a bad fuel pressure regulator or bad MAP sensor and can even be as simple as a bad vacuum hose that is disconnected. Regardless your engine is running rich (too much gas in to the engine from the fuel injectors) causing your plugs to turn black and foul, which is also causing your engine to sputter.
Start with the simple and check all your vacuum hoses, fuel pressure regulator and MAP sensor.
Good luck and keep me posted, be glad to help you get your car running 100% again soon.
