SOURCE: trouble code P0442 on 2001 dodge ram 1500
P0442 means you have a small leak in your EVAP System. your can try replacing the Gas cap since it's the easiest thing to do and reset the check engine light with a scanner. If the check engine light came back on then your going to have to go though all the Vacuum line in the EVAP system and connections. The other thing too is the service engine light should turn off when the problem is addressed and it may take up to three start ups to clear. Good luck and keep me posted, be glad to help, Recap, change the gas cap and inspect all the hose and connection's to the EVAP system.

Look under the hood to check and make sure there is two steel wire cables connected to the throttle body. i had the same problem on my 02 dodge ram, turns out that just one of the cables came loose
SOURCE: 2003 dodge ram 1500 abs & brake light came on.
Problem: I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 L HEMI. My ABS and Parking Brake lights were illuminated, and my speedometer needle would "bounce". Also when sitting at a stop sign or just sitting idle, the engine would stall, and often times stop running.
Solution: After long research on this problem, I decided to dig in and try to find the problem myself. I replaced the Rear ABS Sensor
($35) that's located on top of the rear differential. Still no fix. I then unplugged the ABS Controller (or Module) that's located directly behind the battery (You should see the metal brake lines running into the top of it.) When I unplugged it, I noticed LOTS of moisture in the plug. Using an air hose, I blew out the water and let it dry good. When I plugged it back in, and hooked the negative battery terminal back up THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED!! Simple fix. Hope this helps.
SOURCE: cruise control on my 2005
I have a 2005 dodge 1500 with the 4.7 litre engine. The cruise control is intermittent. Sometimes you turn it on and the cruise light stays on for a bit and sometimes it shuts off within a second or so. Any ideas; without the cruise light on I have no cruise.
