There is no separate relay. It runs off the same wire as the rear brake lights

What are you trying to bleed? Brakes, clutch or water system?

Did you check the grounding of the curuits?

Flashers are generally located either under the dash (they hide them behind the horizontal panel) under the hood in the fuse box.

Also, relays can be hidden under the hood or in the fuse box.

The interior fuse box is where the 'turn signal' fuse is located.

First put a hot wire with a fuse on it to the brake pedal switch then step on the brake and see if the lights come on, if they do then you will have to replace the steering wheel harness if all the fuses are good, also check that the trunsignals work, if they do and you have no brake lights then again it is the harness in the steering columb that is defective, they run about $25.00 and are not hard to replace. hope this helps if the turn signals work and the brakes don't it means the floating ground in the turn signal switch is bad.

you have a bad ground. go to that light bulb socket and check for ground to the socket.

Could be the break light switch that is controlled by the break pedal..
If so - that would be a inexpensive fix..

behind the radio, take the radio and the cover that goes over it. it should be there next to the hazard ligths flasher.

there is a under hood fuse panel, and that is where the fuse for the lights is.

1 - air solenoid 10 amp.
1 - air fuse 30 amp.
1 - Mini relay (air relay)

On under hood main fuse block you have.
1 - fuse Engine E 10 amp.
