SOURCE: where is the ignition module control located on 1996 ranger 2.3 e

It does not have an ignition control module. The PCM (powertrain control module) fires the coil pack based on signal it recieves from the crankshaft position sensor and the camshaft position sensor.

Need to know torque sequence and foot lbs for 1991 3.0 liter engine

am assuming its the head bolts-as per haynes man.-
cylinder head bolts
step 1-----59ft-lbs
step 2------loosen one full turn
step 3---37ft-lbs
step 4----68ft-lbs
naturally, you would start in the middle and work your way out, completing all the bolts step by step.

Water pump

A manual will have pictures and everything.
Just replaced mine. Five bolts in bracket holding tension idler, A/C compressor (if applicable) and power steering pump must be removed to access 3 bolts in water pump. Just push aside enough to access remaining bolts. Email at [email protected] if additional info is needed. Also, diagram serpentine belt before removing. Took me at least 15 attempts and 20 minutes to figure out
