Owners manual will give fuse locations and identifications. These vehicles are notorious for having the wiper motors/pivot seize. Try turning on the wiper motor switch and try moving the wiper arm by hand with a little force in the direction of its travel. If wiper begins or starts to work, replacement of the motor will be necessary

did you check for power at the motor?

It can be faulty wiper motor or blown wiper control fuse.

Do you hear any kind of noise when you starter the wiper function. If yes then fuse is ok, but issue is wiper motor.

check wiper motor connections for damp/lose connection

Check fuse #9 in the rear fuse panel.

the park circuit in the wiper motor is bad, or the live to it is there should be a constant live to wiper motor, if its good replace wiper motor

Prolly a bad wiper control module. Locate you wiper motor, remove the plastic houseing and replace the curcuit board.
