Sounds like a short some where here are a few things t check check the door switches making sure that the wires are still attached and are not touching body work also the rear clusters take the off and check all connections and bulbs a bit sand paper rubbing the copper connectors and spry them with a bit wd40 if the problem is still there its an auto electrician
SOURCE: Tail lights wont work
sounds like ground problem- remove tail lights and look for wires going to body -remove screww clean grounding area and replace- both sides. You did not say whether the lights work when car is off? With car off and brake pedal pushed is there any brake lights ? If not procede with above.

looking at your schematics and , you say tail lights don't work , you didn't mention if front parking lights and license plate lights are working , they all come from the same source , a black /yellow wire , a good clue if front work and rear don't , please advise .if fronts work then you have a open circuit somewhere between junction S118 (near breakout for left headlamp) and rear sockets.
SOURCE: No dashboard lights or tail lights but I got Blinkers and brakes
most like u have a blown fuse most of the time in cars they connect the tail light and instrament lights to 1 fuse
SOURCE: NO LEFT SIDE TAIL ,STOP OR BLINKER REAR LEFTLIGHT
did you try to replace the bulb in the back normally when it blinks fast like that its just the bulb and its doulbe film thats why the brake and blinker dont work
SOURCE: dashboard lights and rear exterior running lights
the fuse is labled 'brake'
I would replace the fuse... and then have someone stand to the rear of the vehicle and watch the lights come on as I applied the brake... if the fuse blows again... note which tail light did NOT come on durring this test and replace the bulb.. it is grounding to itself and causing the short.
